Cancellation Policy

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Please note that because this retreat is limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to protect guests and us alike.

  • 50% of the total cost of the reservation is refundable 30 days before the retreat date, less $200 due to processing fees.

  • 31 days before and until the retreat date, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • No refunds on payments plans - no exceptions

  • You are responsible for reading our cancellation policy. When you register for the retreat, you also agree that you have read our cancellation policy.

No one books a retreat to cancel it, but unexpected events occur, so we ask you to purchase travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. There are no refunds or credits for failure to attend or complete the retreat or for, arriving late, or for leaving early.  We encourage you to purchase travel insurance so that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem before or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses if you have an accident while on the retreat. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid will be refunded. Notification of cancellation, for this reason, will occur at least one month before the retreat start date. Due to itinerary changes or retreat cancellations, we cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENT
You must have a current COVID-19 vaccine and meet all US state and federal testing requirements.
